CANCELLATION POLICY


You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full service fee being charged to the card on file.

Please note: I have a strict punctuality policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, it will be considered a cancellation and the full service fee will apply. Appointment slots are limited, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated beyond this window.
